We provide you with an update on our response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Here at OEM Car & Truck Seats we are closely monitoring the status of the outbreak and its impact on our inventory & ability to deliver products.
As of today, March 26th 2020, we are still open for business. All orders will ship within 4 business days (as opposed to our normal 2 business days). Outside of that minor change, there should be no noticeable difference. We still have people operating the phones and we still have representatives available to assist with installation instructions. All shipping companies have remained open with no restrictions on shipping auto parts so transit times should remain similar.
As the number of cases continues to escalate internationally and domestically, we are taking additional preventive measures, including limited staffing, staggered shifts, additional sanitization processes, and offering work-from-home opportunities for our employees.
The health and safety of our employees is paramount and we are complying with all requirements and best practices associated with our warehouses and offices in order to continue our operations. Our warehouses are fully operational and we will notify our customers if otherwise.
As an auto parts store it appears that we are considered essential by most standards. Please be advised that future government restrictions and/or limited availability of transportation may cause some delays.
