Fabricator Favorites - GM Hook Mount Seats
For much of the 2010's GM used a unique seat mounting system in many of their vehicles. This method of fastening the seats down utilized a set of hooks at the front of the seat and two bolts at the rear.
This two-bolt method made all of the seat tracks flat and perfect for fabrication. If you're looking for something simple, we recommend Camaro seats. If you want something more luxurious, check out Cadillac CTS and ATS seats above. Even the Colorado and Canyon use the hook-mount!
All you'll need in your vehicle is a ~18"x18" flat area for the seat track to sit and you're set.
