2007-2014 (NNBS) Chevy GM Seat Swap - Memory Bypass & Heat Setup

We still haven't got the heat working, but everything else works quite easily. Buying aftermarket heaters would probably be more economical than dealing with OE GM parts and wiring.

For Fabricators (Not Using in 2007-2014 GM Vehicles)

A parts-free memory bypass has been achieved by our R&D Team. It's painfully simple. You'll need to fire up the onboard memory computer. This is done by providing additional power to the vehicle, not just one hot lead as is typical. This will not get the heat running, but this gets all motors plus the lumbar and bolster working. The previous method will be left on the bottom of this page for archival purposes.

Further testing has also showed that you can use the 12-way powered air conditioned seats in a vehicle that had 12-way power with heat only. The heat and air conditioning will obviously not work, you will need to do much more additional wiring to get that running. Details on that will be posted as they become available.
