Include a daytime contact number. We will have a representative contact you as soon as possible. We have a warehouse full of parts so we can probably provide you with a replacement part at no cost to you.
If you are having a hard time reassembling your seats please visit our seat reassembly section. We have a few tutorials there on how to reassemble your seats. We are working on getting more videos and instructional guides created.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only partial refunds can be granted for mistakenly purchased items. To return your product, contact us and we will provide you with a return address and a R.A. (Return Authorization) Number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the actual initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Actual initial shipping costs vary but for a standard set of front seats they are between $150 and $300. Actual initial shipping costs for consoles is $75 and $150. Any purchasing error, fitment, color, or feature problems due to lack of research, communication, or information on the part of the buyer will also be issued a refund, less actual shipping, and less a 20% restocking fee. It is crucial to properly pack the seats in the original packaging, and pay the additional charge for shipping insurance. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that your return arrives to us without damage.
