After your purchase, we do a Fitment Call to make sure the seats you ordered are the correct ones. Here at OEM Car & Truck Seats we will do everything in our power to make sure you're getting the seats or parts you need. We offer thorough website descriptions, tons of pictures, and a personal phone call with a Seat Specialist to ensure that the seats you're getting are the seats you need. We call it the Rest Easy Fitment Call Guarantee.

If there's a problem, simply Contact Us. We will troubleshoot the problem with you, and devise a customer satisfaction plan. We have a warehouse full of parts to repair any issues that may arise. Effort will be made to make sure that any replacement part you are sent is similar or better in quality to the original.


Unless otherwise stated, all products have a 30 day warranty.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted as long as initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In addition to that some troubleshooting may be required to prevent erroneous returns. Once the item is shipped, a return cannot be initiated until after delivery is completed. After receiving your return authorization number the returned items tracking number must be scanned by the shipping company within 14 days. Only partial refunds can be granted for mistakenly purchased items, erroneously returned items, or orders that have been packaged. The partial refund is based on a 10% restocking fee. To return your product, contact us and we will provide you with a return address and a R.A. (Return Authorization) Number. Orders can only be cancelled before the items are packaged or shipped.

Custom Seat Builds and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.

Important: If your order is cancelled before it ships but after we have confirmed fitment (either via email, call, or SMS Text) with you there will be a 3% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs

If there was a problem with our description (missing feature, etc) or if the item is damaged in transit we will send you a return label. If the return is due to a purchasing error, fitment, color, wiring, or feature problems you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The actual initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Actual initial shipping costs vary but for a standard set of front seats they are between $150 and $300. Actual initial shipping costs for consoles is between $75 and $150.

Return Shipping Best Practices

It is crucial to properly pack the seats in the original packaging, and pay the additional charge for shipping insurance. If you are missing your original packaging material it is required that you take the seats to be professionally packaged at a pack-and-ship type business at your expense. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that your return arrives to us without damage so we recommend also shipping the return through the pack-and-ship business as they guarantee it's safe travel. If a return is damaged, the damages will be deducted from your refund, it is your responsibility to work with your shipping insurance provider to seek the reimbursement for damages. We will gladly provide any and all necessary documentation to the carrier to assist you in getting the damages back.


The vast majority of our seats ship complete. In extremely rare instances disassembly may be required - you will be informed of this before your sale is finalized. We are working on getting more videos and instructional guides created.
